In my search for migraine cures I came across this recipe for lavender lemonade. Worth a try!  Not an exact recipe. A taste I am not accustomed to. I like the fragrance  so that’s a plus for a migraine sufferer.  So far not an immediate cure but since I like the fragrance, I’ll keep trying it and  keep you posted for any development.

Being me has it’s moments.  I went to see the fabulous musical Billy Elliot yesterday.  It was absolutely wonderful by the way.  An experience not to be missed.  Being me. however came before the show even started.  I got there for the pre-show afternoon tea, which, when I bought my ticket, sounded like a delightful extension of the show experience.  The tea consisted of tea and cake.  I chose a lemon cake, delicately topped by a little round melon ball and went to sit on one of the chairs in the lobby, Someone commented on the lightness of the delicate looking cake.  As I poked my fork into my cake, the whole thing rolled off my plate and onto the floor.  That cake, it turned out was a lot lighter than one might expect.

Hello chunky soups!

There is something liberating about riding a bike in a skirt.  This was the first time for me.  I found my posture was naturally better and I was able to slow down some, which is a good thing actually.  Sometimes I like to ride to work out, other times just to enjoy the scenery.  This was scenery morning.
